I am sure this has been beat to death...however I could use some direction...
I am 45 and started back cycling last summer after a 15 year lay off. I realize that Lance has no chance at #6 if I really get serious...so...I'll let him take it. I would like to do a few centuries and some local crits in the Master's group. Do I need coaching or is there enough info (books, on line etc) to move to another level before I die?
