I put in an order with Dx for 7 MTE p-7 lights and 7 chargers and batteries for myself and six other folks. I got the batteries and 0ne light and one charger. I have been trying to contact these people to straighten out this mess and have had no luck. I involved Paypal and that seems to be a mistake as they have no clout. I hate to get the credit card folks involved, but that seems to be my next step.
Anyone here with similar stories.

Some places are very slow to respond. Once they have your money it is tuff luck.
I ordered a crank set May 22. Told the guy I needed it in 5 to 10 days. To ship it soon.
Nothing happened.
They shipped it 10 days after the order was made.
They said they were sorry.
DX customer service can take a while to respond... 3~4 days from placing the ticket.

I'm not going to jump up and say that DX customer service is great, but give them a chance and they'll probably sort it out.
It's not unusual for them to send a partial order out and include a small printed card saying the rest is following.
Also, log into your account and see if it says how many have been dispatched.
I expect the rest will turn up tomorrow.

DXE usually takes about half a week from the time you order the ticket.

The order was placed on the 14th and the last item, the light, shipped on the 21st. I have everything that they shipped. I'm short 6 lights and 6 chargers.

The problem is that on the dx sales slip they show 1 light at 250 and 1 charger at 47. (round figures) The Paypal receipt shows 7 lights and 7 chargers.
might be in multiple packages. there's a weight and size limit to airmail.
the other parcels might be stuck in customs.
I don't know if DX gives you more than one tracking number for multiple parcels.
Been there, done that. No response.
In my experience with DX their CS does actually respond, it just takes some time. Also, keep in mind that English is not their native language, so try to avoid using slang or complicated grammar/big words.
I've had several packages from DX split into multiple shipments. All will arrive, it just takes time.
If you file a dispute with Paypal it freezes the money, slowing things down greatly.
DX is fairly honest in their dealings, but avoid KaiDomain like the plague.

Maybe 1 and 7 look very similar to them ?
Did you get a discount for ordering 7 ?
