I can't believe it! Just saw the thread in another forum where we hung for several years. I've done several rides with the guy along with a few others here. Ron posted as 007 in another forum and TCR her in the dotnet forums. SAD!:(

I remember Ron was a great guy. Haven't ridden with or even seen him lately, but I do remember him from the other forum and from GMR rides back in day. Sorry to hear he's no longer with us.

I rode with him a couple times and he was pretty friendly. Waaayy too young to go.

NorCal intruder here, but just read about this in the Road Forum. Really sad news - I remember his posts/avatars, seemed to have a pretty sharp sense of humour although I never met him.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Ron was a great guy. I met him at the GMR ride that Mr. Beanz posted a picture from. Very strong rider. He was riding up GMR with a couple of other guys, chatting and joking; I was sweating blood trying to keep up with their "social" pace.

That is sad news. I met him few years ago on a forum ride going up on GMR. Sorry to hear it.
