I am thinking about buying this trailer at a consignment shop and am not sure exactly how to attach it to the bike. I have not had the chance to try, I do not own it yet. I just want to make sure it comes with all the parts I need to attach it. Any input would be helpful.

There should be an attachment kit with it. If there is not and you need the trailer to attach to the bike, I would pass on it. Different makers attach their trailers in different methods. They are mostly not complicated. If you can find the maker you might have luck finding instructions on how to set it up for hitching to a bike, assuming the bike attachment kit is complete. If there are too many questions about the bike attachment (parts, how to, reliability, etc.) I'd pass on this one.
