I've been wearing sport tops while commuting for about 2 years. I'm a smaller size and the tops are not very tight but it appears after wearing the top for about 4 hours the red area of each breast appears slightly white and shrivelled. Yuck. They recover OK after wearing a regular bra.

When I looked this up on the web, there were several articles saying that those lympth nodes need good circulation to carry away toxins (that cause breast cancer)

Can anyone recommed a top that supports but does not block circulation?

Hanes Sports Bra. No tags to irritate, smooth seams, mesh siding, good support. Comfortable and micro-fiber dries quickly.

Are you talking about the aureola that surrounds the nipple? If you are, perhaps your nipples are just getting cold from being "out there" and damp from sweat?
