Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I need a good way to store my bike in my dorm room. I'm not aloud to nail anything into the wall but would kinda like to have it in the air or out of the way. That way i dont have to leave it outside where all the bikes get stolen. Any ideas would be a big help.

Performance Bike's selection of storage options (http://www.performancebike.com/shop/subcategory.cfm?Cat_ID=13&Sub_ID=6600&sort=1&CFID=15365693&CFTOKEN=41515697)
They have several racks that lean against the wall and do not require any "holes". Another option, is take some sort of hanging hook and hang your bike in your closet (might be a tight squeeze).
Toothpaste fills holes well :D

Might be easiest to raise your bed up 4' and store your bike etc. under it.
I use this stand in my apartment.http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?category=118&subcategory=1132&brand=&sku=4511&storetype=&estoreid=&pagename=

I assume you meant allowed. I hope you aren't majoring in English... ;)
I have this (http://www.nashbar.com/profile_moreimages.cfm?category=&subcategory=&sku=2075&brand=1184). No holes, just secured between the floor and ceiling.

If the rules say "nailed" but not "screwed" or "bolted"...

Dang! You beat me to it.

I did this in college and it worked out great. I also used a U-lock to suspend the bike from under the bed and keep it locked up.

Yeah you could always jack the bed up on cinder blocks - the quintessential dorm room accessory to get it up to proper height
