I competed in my first race today! A Crit and a very hilly one at that! I now know that I am not in as good a shape as I had hoped. Any suggestions on increasing my speed and endurance would be greatley appreciated.:twitchy:

I like Joel Friel's Cyclists Training Bible. Follow his advice and stick with it. It should help tremendously.

I advise you to ride faster and longer.
