Allright, short and to the point.. Heres what I have..
SRAM 7.0 11-32 cassette
Nashbar (Truvativ?) 26-38-48 crankset
105flightdeck shifters/brakelevers

What derailleurs would work best with these parts?

okay. . longcage rear, and a bottom pull 1 1/8 (gotta check this) clamp on front.

How old is your frame? The reason I ask is because if you have a fairly old frame and are planning to use a new bottom pull FD you may run into a minor cable routing problem. Cable angle from bottom bracket cable guide to FD cable clamp may be somewhat severe.....although shifting will be ok.

She's only a few months old!
bottom pull 105 double is there already, I checked and need a 31.8mm.. Nashbar's got this in XT, yipee!!
