It is a set, but it's with an Italian BB., so for all intents and purposes, no. I believe it's an 07 or 08. I will ship USPS.

My set weighs 462 grams. It's 170 mm, 53-39. It's an isis bottom bracket, I recommend the token ones from ebay, but you could use any.
