Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Did 30 miles in 2h 16 min, that figures out to 13.22 mph.
I'm pretty happy with that. I feel like I had more leg, but not enough butt.
I mostly ride a 10-12 mile loop. 20ish on the weekends. Think I've only broke 30 a couple times. Not losing much weight, but man am I getting stronger. :thumb:

Way to go!! I def understand the "not enough butt" reference. My saddle and arse ain't a gettin' along too well on the longer rides.

I'm there, buddy... distance 'n speed... and saddle time... are what make the trifecta!
The weight/body-mass will disappear, once your body has made enough muscle to really begin burning the fat. I tend to get heavier/bulkier for a while, then s-l-o-w-l-y become leaner 'n lighter.
If I understand you correctly, you might try moving the seat back just a bit, in order to get more "involvement" of your glutes and hams.

That's pretty respectable time!
