Long story short. I have a lower back problem that has to do with a herniated disc right above the coxxis.
This has been impairing my cycling performance, preventing me from taking it to the next level, specially during climbing. When the exertion gets to hard on fast rides and during hard climbing my lower back muscles eventually get into spasms and makes me slow down big time.
A friend of mine advised on Muscle Relaxers (Muscle Relaxant) like Skelaxin 800mg, he claimed that has helped him with muscle spasms and cramps. Thing is he doesn't ride or run. So, my question to the forum is:
Has anybody had any experience with Muscle Relaxers (Skelaxin 800mg is one of them) and cycling, that has helped you improve your cycling?
I'll appreciate any feedback.
Thanks,
Corsaire
