I have a line on a Schwinn Metro dated about 1979 by the serial number.

What I'm looking for is any info on the model and some idea what I should offer the guy for it.

Any help is, as usual, greatly appreciated.

I haven't a clue how much it's worth, but it's a nice looking bike.

Nice bike with the headlite, baskets & rear rack. Would bring $150-200 in my area.

It looks exactly like a Schwinn Suburban but with an internal gear hub instead. Pretty cool bike though.

Bah, I hate when that happens. Just point out that he has the seat clamp backwards and the for looks like it may be tweaked back a hair.
