Hello,


I am new to the forums. I am kind of surprised to see that there are African/Europe/Asian subforums in the Regional Discussions, but no subforum for Israel and/or the greater Middle East. I can't speak for the rest of the region, but having just returned from several days of mountain biking in Israel, I can tell you it has become quite a popular activity for many Israelis and tourists alike. I really think it would benefit the bikeforums to include a regional discussion subforum for this area as well.

The Middle East includes countries from Africa, Asia and Europe. There are already subforums for those. That's only my $0.02. :D

True. I did look in the Asia thread under the Regional discussions subforum before posting that, but as expected it dealt exclusively with the countries of the Far East/Orient, not the ME. And to be fair, I only mentioned Israel because it's the one place I can speak about from my own personal experience, however I'm sure there are also bike enthusiasts in Turkey and Lebanon and probably in Amman and Kurdistan too (both also have a growing and thriving tourist industry).


Just thought I'd suggest it and hopefully bring it to ya'alls attention for whatever it's worth. ;)
