I hadn't gone for a decent ride in two weeks and finally got out again this past monday. Ughh, what a difference a couple weeks can make. I was dragging and huffing and puffing over hills I'd have sprinted over without breaking a sweat on my last ride. This freezing weather has got me so bummed out and feeling lazy. And now I get back to the forums and it's pretty dead in here too. Someone please!! Let's hear about a great ride you've had in spite of old man winter's cruel clutches. I need inspiration to get back out.

Just got back from a very muddy trail ride. But it's in the mid 60's! Just being out there and not on the trainer was wonderful. Even if you aren't up to speed yet, it's still a blast just riding. It'll come back before you know it. Hang in there!:)
