I've been getting charged $5 a month. It's a cheap membership but I'm not using it anymore so it's a waste of moeny. Anyway, I tried their "Contact Us" number and was on hold for 18 minutes. The website is no help. Has anyone else tried to cancel their membership? If so, how'd you do it?
