I used to run plastic,They work great but don't hold up to long.
Now I run Macneil Slipless ,They cost a hunk of money but well worth it.

The new rage is PC's, and they're pretty good for the price. I run some old Mosh pedals and I like them a lot. But Odyssey Jim C's are good, along with the Trail Mix and a bunch of other pedals. Animal Hamilton's, Fly Ruben's, both Macneil's, Premium Slim's, there's so many choices.

Shadow Nostras.
Yuck. They might function well, but they look horrible. But last I checked, BMX isn't about looks.

I've tried various pedals and trail mixes feel the best and they are so grippy. I love em and they don't slip like other. Nostras are nice in the beginning but they slip more than they should(maybe because I didn't run a lot of pins on it but whateve. ) and the bearings are ish after a bit.

I'm either getting a pair of them or Odsy PC's next.

In the end you'll save money if you get the trail

Yeah because I could get one pair that lasts awhile or a few pairs that only last a year or two at a time.

I'm pretty sure every "plastic" pedal that has come out are ploycarbonate. And the Fit one's look alright, but not very grippy.

If you are heavy enough it would most likely occur when you land. Think about it.

My friend snapped his stock plastic pedals on a Haro X5 in the first three days he was riding it.

Hey Ryan
I just was bunny hoping and I heard a snap and looked down and on both pedals were snapped on one side.
I was thinking that when I landed I might of put too much weight on one side of the pedal, that could of done it.:thumb:

It depends on if you want PC's or metal pedals. ^^^
