Some of you may remember that I've been having problems with my lungs, my Dr. diagnosed me with Bronchitis and sent me for a pulmonary function test and a chest X-Ray. Well I haven't got the results from those yet but the antibiotics my Dr. gave me along with a basic inhaler has finally kicked in and I was able to ride tonight without coughing until I vomited, hardly a cough at all even. I only rode about 8 miles in about 35 minutes, but it is a start. My legs felt good afterwords, and I now intend to ride at least a little bit every night after work.

Good work getting back on the bike! It can be hard resuming an exercise routine after an illness. I can't count the number of times I was knocked off a good routine by sickness.

I'm glad you are on the bike again. I've had a recent illness that has taken me away from exercising for the next few weeks. It's driving me crazy so I know what you are going through. Last Sunday I sat and stared at my bike most of the night, just wanting to get on it. Docs orders say no though. I'm hoping to get a ride in on Sunday.
