Triathlon - HELP! Does anyone know what kind of Bike this IS?

So I bought this bike off a guy and he said it was a Cervelo, hense the decals, however I talked to the guys at cervelo and they say its not. Its all good its a good bike im going to strip it down but just wanted to know what kind it is, so if you know please share!
