As a result of recent incidents efforts are being made to introduce legislation which will serve to clarify already existing Idaho statutes and require motorists to pass cyclists with at least 3 feet of clearance. You can monitor the Treasure Valley Cycling Alliance (http://www.biketreasurevalley.org) web site for any future updates regarding this. Your support will be needed to get such legislation passed.
