Are diamondback venoms good bikes?

I have the chance to buy a 1999 or 2000 diamondback venom that has hardly been used for 100 dollars. It has a cro-mo frame and everything works. Is this a good price for the bike. Thanks

not really a good price unless its highly modded.....another 100 and could get you a higher quality new bike

would 75 or 50 bucks be a good deal? I don't know of any high quality bike for 200 bucks. Could some people point some out. I would be mostly dirt jumping.

WELL, I picked up a Haro Backtrail X1 DLX with 3 piece cranks for $200 even.....you could possibly talk a local shop into such a deal....I had a military discount and it was on sale....you can also try searching online.....I had several offers for top notch bikes under $250.....it can be found, you just have to search hard....

$50 sounds fair......if just for something to mess around on.....go for it, you can always find something better later, and you'll be rolling for now!!!!
