Just an idea based on some things I've bought for my Guerc - running 8 speed however - these are approximates from memory:
Athena brakes, the ones that "almost" look monoplaner - swapped w/items valued ~ $20-$25. These were only fair/good, some surface rust.
Campy C9 chain, less miles than yours, from LBS $20
Chorus 9s RD $50 ebay. VG
Athena (8s/9s?) FD $10 ebay. VG
Chorus '96 front hub $30? ebay NOS
Record '95 8s rear hub $25 ebay. Good cosmetics - but I did have to put all new bearings
Record 8s cassette $25 ebay NOS
Chorus/Record? 8s Ergo $90 local buy. G/VG condition
Crankset - I ended up using a 10s Chorus I had pulled from another bike when I replaced it with an ebay purchase Record for about $35
Bottom bracket - yours is probably 111mm. I bought and then ended up selling it back on ebay (Chorus/Record?) for about $30 IIRC. I'm using a new 102mm Chorus bought $50 internet.
Rims - don't even remember where mine came from. Mavics - no idea $.
I'd still do an ebay search for recent sales, however.
