Just road the bike for the first time in 14 Days. I couldn't ride via Dr's orders. Man, I'm beat and I only road 8 miles.

First day back in the saddle after a long break is tough. Good job getting back out there.:thumb: It will get easier, keep going.

I had to ride the stationary bike. The Kona is back in the Cleveland area. The bike rack I have won't work with the Scion TC's hatch back. I have to get a bike for the Pittsburgh area for during the week.

It was killing me when I couldn't work out. I picked up some old nasty habits, mostly chicken wings and bad food. When you are not exercising the bad pounds can creep up fast. I'm looking forward to burning the extra 2000 calories a week again. Anyway, it felt good breaking a sweet again.

Any mile is a good mile.

Sounds like you split time between two cities. A bike for each is a good idea, even though you could haul one back and forth. Seems like hauling would be a pain if you have a place to keep a bike in each place.

Just pushed out 9 miles on the stationary. Real stinking right now; jumping in the shower.

Yeh, If I didn't have the dog I could pop the bike in the back of the Scion TC. Me thinks it would cramp Inge's style though. I think I'm just going to purchase a used bike on criag's list for Pittsburgh.
