Nevermind that it's a three speed, it has definite potential!

I'll chip in $5, if I can have the chainring?
Man, ya now I get the $500.00 O.K...$10 for the ring.

Pretty standard on a Sturmey Archer 3-speed hub.

That is a very cool bike. Really dig the bars, the chainring and the zerks on the BB. Darn cool bike. No, I'm not going to spend $500 on it, but it's cool none the less.
hey, weren't people talking about those bars a couple weeks ago?
that bike is sweet... and i think the price looks reasonable. but the shipping? WHAT?

I had to look again, that bike is so well strung. I want one.
I think it's because I'm playing with this triathlon bike- really nice lug work.
I'm getting all bike crazy again.
Why..I NEED a steel lugged bike, we all do..several of them.

I wouldn't pay 500 bucks for that bike but if I got my hands on it, as bad as this sounds i wouldnt fix it, i would just restore it. Would be sweet. Looking like that you might find someone selling that bike for 5 bucks at a garage sale or thrift store. I bet you could lock it next to 2 brand new huffies and the bike thieves would steal the huffies and leave that bike.
OK, im delirious, going ot bed.
I like the grease fittings on the BB shell...

They're called zerk fittings. I belive that this guy http://www.thursdaybicycles.com/sheep_herding.html will be more than happy to build you a bike with some, it'll probably weigh about what that BSA weighs too.
It'd be a crime to turn that into a fixie.
