What sort of price does a Raleigh Pro go for these days on ebay, frame only? I dont see any Pros on there now.
Its a 74, blue and silver, with headset and bottom bracket. Pretty good condition. Just a few scratches, no dings or dents.

Full bikes in great condition have been going for over $1000 recently. I'd say a nice frame in good condition would go for at least a few hundred. If it were me, put it up for $100 and watch it take off from there.

Raleigh professional frames in good condition that I've seen on e-bay generally go for $300-$350 range. However, it's been a while.
Here's a 74' complete bike that maxed out at $931 (reserve not met). You may have seen this already...

If you're considering what I think you're considering, it seems like a decent venture. Recoup most of your outlay by selling the frameset, and saving the gruppo for something else. I briefly considered doing the same, but I'm overextended with projects at the moment.
Does it still have the stock saddles and wheels? I can't tell from the photos. That would make a big difference.
Best of luck, and let us know how it works out.
