I'm selling my 57cm 89' Schwinn Prologue racing bike.
The frame is lugged, hand brazed, Tange Prestige cho mo double-butted
All components are Campagnolo Record beside the cranks which are Campy Chorus
The front rim is a Matrix Titan on Joytech Hubs.
The rear rim is Araya "super hard addonized"on Joytech Hubs
The only component not Campy is a Cinelli Stem.
no corners were cut on the build of this bike.
It's in great condition (virtually no scratches or dings), never been crashed and the only other owner was my dad (who raced it)
so, does anyone know how much I should sell this for?
I'm asking $800. to high or low?
Also, I'm in Portland so I could probably get top-dollar
thanks in advance.

Can you post some pictures of the bike? It will help in the evaluation. At the moment, I'm thinking $800.00 is way too much. But, post some pictures so we can see it.
Way too high for a Schwinn, even a nice one like this one. Do a search on ebay and see what the best/top sales are going for.

also, it's hard to find info on this one. Schwinn made a triathalon prologue before this but this was the first road racing prologue. It's damn near impossible to find info. Ebay has NOTHING and I've only found one brochure with little info.
anywho.

Your better off parting it out. And change those bars, they're a death sentence when it comes to selling a bike. They may cool to the 20 hipsters in the local college town who already have them but no one else is realy interested in them.
All Campy Record? All as in brake calipers and derailleurs? Mis-matched rims, K-Mart hubs, and .05mp pictures, you might get $300.
+1 Lose those bars.
+1 Use Flickr or similar so you can post higher quality and larger pictures.
Can't see you getting your price point. Whatever price you do get, presentation (including the bars and excellent pictures) will be critical.
Here's a typical flickr close up.
