Hey all, for the first time since I started riding again about a month ago, I noticed some improvement. I hopped on the scale today and was down 5 lbs. Long way to go yet, but it's a start. I feel batter too. I noticed on my ride today that I felt stronger and even rode an extra mile. Now as long as I keep at it, I think I'm heading in the right direction.

Just got back form the docs. Up 5, may have to increase BP meds. I'm riding (and eating) my butt off.
I can knock off 20 miles at 12 mph... 30 is a decent workout....and no, the gain isn't all muscle. Been fighting this all my life.
Just getting it off my chest, tomorrow is a new day.

I don't know your history bud, but keep on riding. I've been fighting my weight too but find a small bit of peace while riding.
