I was just joined to find out if anyone was still riding a Ross Mt. St. Helen? Having mine re-tuned, so I can start riding again. My sons used to ride my bike when they needed to go school, because it was so sturdy. Old school bike but it still looks good!

Hi Debra, Welcome!

You might try posting to the Classic & Vintage Forum. They know lots about old bikes over there!

Tell you about myself? I started spinning at my fitness center. Of course that gets boring! So I re-vamped my old bike, a Ross / Mt. St. Helen . Just got it back today! This bike has been in my garage for the last ten years just sitting there. Now I am a empty nester, and need to workout as I age. Need a bike helmet, looking for one to match the Kelly green of the bike. LOL. So I plan to get up in the morning, when there is less traffic, and experience a ride. I live in New Jersey. Wish me luck, hope I don't fall on my face!
