So...for all of you experts who keep predicting major action & GC re-shuffling on these stages with long downhills/flats after the final climbs...Do you think you might be able to retain some of what happened this year and use that knowledge in your predictions next year?

I presume his passport shows him to be a citizen of Spain, but he likely considers himself to be Basque. I prefer to honor peoples' wishes, so if I were to meet him, I'd call him what he wants. Here though, splitting hairs without explanation is a bit obtuse.

If by leader you mean Nocentini, these climbs are not as hard as stages 7-9, so expecting him to be dropped was not likely-as long as he stayed with the Astana boys, he'd stay in yellow.

If you mean Haussler, he was 50 minutes out of yellow at the start of the day.
