Any suggestions on a rear rack to put on my son's 20" bike? Do they even make them for that size bike?

I think they must. I am pretty certain I have seen racks on recumbents and they are often 20" rims.

Check over in the folding bike forum - lots of those (like mine) have 20" wheels.

You need the rack for a Sun EZ-1 recumbent. It has a 20" rear wheel. The majority of recumbents these days have rear wheels that are 26" or 700C.
