Actually I did one time. It was just a minor rear-end accident but it was still weird to see from the perspective of a bike. I'm just glad that I wasn't close enough to be a true part of it.

Saw a pretty hard rear-ender alot of years ago in Miami. Cars coming down from a bridge over Biscayne Bay were coming up to a red light pretty fast. Just as I said to my friend that someone wasn't going to stop in time...boom.
No injuries but a nice early 70s 350 Nova was totalled (that was the one that was hit).

I've seen one very near miss while riding by an idiot who blew a red light.
That rider might make me have an accident on a bike or in a car...

I saw a car hit a rider during a triathlon last year and then drive off with a dangling rear bumper and about 20 triathletes in chase. The jackass didn't even stop. Made me feel sick.
Rider survived, but she was banged up with a broken bike and arm.
The driver turned himself in a few days later and he was prosecuted.
