Hi so i got a pair of 700c velocity deep Vs and was wondering if the kenda inner tube 700cx18-23 presta 48mm would work or should i get a different inner tube?

Tube size has to match the tire size. What size tires are you using?

I think his question is whether the 48mm stem will work with those rims.
They should but barely. The rims are 30mm deep. That doesn't leave much for a pump head to fit on. I would use 60mm tubes to be safe. Or use valve extenders.

actually i neededto know both those things Vittoria Rubino II Tire 700x23 these are the tires i plan to use but im gussing 18-23 means itll work on a 700x23

Yes. The tubes are rated for a range of widths of tire. If it says 18-23, then it'll work on a 700x23c tire.

Right, 18-23 means will fit tires in that size range. I have also used tubes with slightly oversize tires w/o any problems. Too large a tube is IMO worse due to having a good chance of folding uo inside the tire during installation.
