I have an older track frame with "swiss maden" stamped into the underside of the bottom bracket. Also there is a serial number "6174" stamped into the top of the seat tube. Seat post is a 26.4 campy. Headset is campy and the cranks seem to be older 165 Sugino with the "S" set inside of a shield. There is a small sticker on the seat tube, near the top that says "reynolds 531" and what appears to be french words (hard to make out). I'll try to post some pics when I get a chance. Thanks in advance for any help.

pics are required, please.
Swiss made, metric 531 tubing (the decal and 26.4 seat post)...serial number location is *generally* wrong for either an Allegro or a Mondria and I'd guess Cilo, too...so we gotta see pics
