Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Trek 400.....will it hold up this uber clyde?

Looking at picking up a Trek 400 road bicycle on craiglist....($250)....two questions. Is the bicycle worth this price and will this bike hold up my 395#s of uber clyde?

What year is the bike? I have an '88 Trek 400 and I'm sure the frame would hold up OK, but the components (wheels especially) are what become the concern at higher weights. The rims I took of my '88 Trek 400 were single-wall 32h rims, which are not the best suggestion for 395 pounds. Depending on the condition of the rest of the bike, $250 isn't unheard of but sounds a little on the high side.

I just picked up a '92 (tru temper steel)... seems fine under my 300#... although I do notice the BB moves a lot more when I stand on the pedals then my MTB's do... from the less then 10 miles I've ridden it I'm going to say the frame itself will be fine for me... honestly the entire bike would prob be OK... but I did pay a good chunk less then you... here's mine...
