I found a few Windsors on BF but didn't find this one. It's on the bay and local pickup, 20 miles from me with 4 hours left, 0 bids. There are not a lot of details in the listing. I am going to ask some questions of the seller but it might be too late to get an answer.

Would it be worth it if I got it for less than $100?

$100 would be pushing it: steel crank, steel rims, stem shifters, this is a real bottom end bike. Is that what you are looking for? Or do you have a shop full of parts so you can make the necessary upgrades to the bike?

I do like the frame, so if I was local, I would probably pick it up for less than $50, and put the parts that I describe above onto the bike (I have a workshop full of bike stuff right now).

But for personal use, I much prefer finding a deal on a better Japanese bike from the 1980s, with cromoly frame, alloy components, etc. I would consider one of those at the $175 to $200 price range to be a better deal than this bike for $100.

Nope. Thanks for the info. I couldn't tell all that from the pictures, (except for the shifters) so glad I asked. I will leave it alone.
