From 2007 , just picked it up a week ago. Very easy to ride as a single speed and the pic is before I remove the fenders and rack. I will be replaing the saddle and grips to start. The 16" tires are Giant Superlight and ride very nice.

congrats. that;s a nice bike. first time i've seen a 16" wheel giant. how much does it weigh ? it looks like you can change the handle post also.

Thanks, It is a bit weighty at 26 pounds. i have removed the fenders, rear rack and grips. The handlebars and seatpost are alloy.

I take it that the 26 lb. weight you quoted is AFTER you removed the items. Right? With the accessories you removed, it will probably weigh about the same as the Citizen Tokyo, and the Flying Pigeon 16" which is right around 29 lbs., so it's quite typical.
