i want to buy this bike but the 20 inch wheel isnt cool or attractive same for the fender. think a 24 will fit?

Do you have larger picture from the front? It appears to motorcycle-style fork with twin straight-blades held together by a triple-clamp. In which case, you can install the 24" wheel and raise the fork blades in the clamps by 2" to keep the geometry roughly the same. Bikes with such relaxed head-angles are slow-steering anyway, so changes in geometry won't make much of a difference.

I don't see a front brake on there. Does it have one?

no it lacks a front brake. i dont mind the 20 inch but it makes the bike unproportionate

The folks at Giant who designed the bike were keeping 'looks' as the driving force behind every design decision they made. They liked the looks of a larger/smaller wheel bike and they, and the Giant marketing people, thought that would-be purchasers would like the look, too. In your case, they were wrong.

Or change the rear wheel out for a different low and slow, but bet it'll still look funny.

I have had a 24" x 1.75" rim on the front of my Giant Stiletto in the past (Electirc 24" hub motor) It works fine, and still clears the pedals, but the steering pulls a little to the left and right, The front is only about 1 1/2" higher believe it or not. You can add a 6" or 8" disk brake brake with any size rim on the front, but you will need a disk front hub to do so. There is a disk mount on the fork but to use a 200mm disk I had to use a 160mm ISO mount for some reason. I used a DT Swiss 540 tandem disk brake hub 48 hole, which worked out great, (100mm width) but I did have to make special washers with shim sleeves to fit the DT's 10mm axle in place of the Stock Stiletto's 14mm BMX axle, (I still have the special washers if someone wishes to buy them, for non-quick release skewers).
