Pacific Northwest - What to wear for Livesstrong Challange

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I was looking for suggestion as to what to I should wear during the LIVESTRONG challange.
shoe covers/no shoe covers
shorts/pants
longsleeves/shortsleeves
fenders/no fenders
This is my first centry ride and am uncertain what to wear given the possibility of rain.
Thanks and see you on the road!

No harm in putting them on in case it rains.
Pays to be prepared for a little bit of everything on a century ride. Handlebar bag or rack bag comes in handy for stowing your stuff.

Given the variables - weather, elevation, specific areas covered, etc it would be best to be prepared for pretty much anything tomorrow.
I have been vacillating between riding the heavy slow touring bike with full fenders, fat tires, and racks vs the fast light race bike with skinny tires, race blade fenders, and butt bag only. No decision yet. If it's raining heavily in the am, I'll probably take the Trucker...
For clothing, I will be bringing:
Shorts/short sleeve jersey
arm warmers
leg warmers
shoe booties
wool socks
cycling cap (keeps rain out of the eyes)
fingerless gloves (may be a mistake depending on cold rain or not)
Rain shell (again vacillating between light summer rain shell and full on winter shell)
If you have fenders - bring 'em!
As always, YMMV - good riding tomorrow!

Well thanks to the a-holes on the ride that ran my friend off of the trail while he was running th ehalf marathon this weekend. I was so embarassed as he came back to texas to tell me how rude the bike riders were on the trail.
