I have a question about what is the best type of clipless pedal to buy. Should I get spd? I use time impact on my road bikes, which I assume is not for mountain biking? I would appreciate some recommendations.
I have always been into road cycling, until I just got my mountain bike a few weeks ago. Thanks

If you are used to Times on the road bike, I would reccomend trying Time Atacs.

Look into Crank Brothers pedals...
I ride with Egg Beaters, but would reccomend checking out the Candy pedals as well.
