Though I'm not from the area I'll be in Miami the last week in July and have contacted Mangrove cycles (http://www.mangrovecycles.com/rentals.html)on Key Biscayne regarding rentals. Their point guy/manager seems real nice and very helpful. They have Raleigh Sport and Grand Sport bikes, bring your pedals!
