if it was Oakland , CA that would sell...but despite the very nice condition and rare red Selle Italia saddle (nice touch) it's a fairly mid-grade Bianchi. And with the local economy in the dumps in Detroit, I think $275 would be fair (not for the seller, maybe, but for the buyer) he knows it needs tires, maybe brake pads and hoods as well.
A nice deal if you can get it.
