Seller asking $120. Seems like a good deal even for the depressed Detroit market. Think I could flip for around $200?

I think that sounds like a really good price for that bike. It might not yield a high profit if the tires are bad or something else. If it's a quick clean and lube though I would grab it quick.
+1 Grab it quick. $200 plus in ready to ride condition. If it has indexed shifting, I would estimate at $250 (for clean ready to ride version), depending on paint. I had a 1988 version earlier this year. It was a nice bike, all 105 components, Columbus Tenax frame.
