I really doubt anyone is gonna have an 03, especially in a common size like 55. Most places are even sold out of 04s. Your best bet probably craigslist and ebay

I just got back from Seattle and saw a 51cm for sale at elliot bay bikes, if that helps..

Yeh i can't think of anyone that would have a 55cm.. very very common size.
