I lost the portable charger for my Blackburn Flea blinky, it fell out of the storage case that I had mounted on a key ring. Called their customer service just looking for information regarding purchasing a replacement. They are actually sending me a replacement charger at no cost.
While I think it's probably a $2.00 item, they didn't have to do that since it was my carelessness that created the problem. Thanks Blackburn!
