I guess this is one of those things where you get what you pay for, I believe the Trek is the most expensive but they're on about a 3 month wait, the P3 is amazing and the B2 isn't quite as aero but is cheaper and anyone who has owned a Felt loved it. I guess personally I'd go P3 or Felt. If you go Felt you could spend the money you saved on a nice wheel set.

May I also suggest a Kestrel. It's Carbon, very aero and often a Kestrel Talon SL could be built up for around 2700. http://www.kestrel-usa.com/products/road/talon_sl.html

The Trek TT is probably the most aero of the group (but not by much), but keep in mind it has UCI legal geometry, so it's not the typical "tri-bike" angles and will feel more like a road bike.
