(this was actually from a couple of days back)
- bring extra water
- wipe out excess sweat from the face
- avoid bugs
- keep mouth closed, specially when biking through a swarm of bugs
- if you are wearing glasses, don't bike to fast, else you will get the same dead bug splats on your glasses as you do when you drive on the highway.
- bring some wet wipes for your glasses, extremely hard to get off with a dry shirt / paper.
... arrived home with lots of dead bugs stuck to my face, i looked like a swamp monster, no wonder some by standers on the bus stops were laughing their ass off. :lol: took me 3 good washes with soap to get it all off.
