Need help choosing a chain. Drivetrain, if it matters, is a all circa 2000 9sp XT-R. Did some searches and thought I wanted a SRAM Cross Step since I am a relatively strong, and relatively heavy guy, but then just read this: http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?p=5743008#post5743008

Just got a sweet KMC on my road bike (10sp), but I read that the 9sp stretch really quickly. And FWIW no one seems to like the Shimano's either. Thoughts?
