Is this a BMX bike or single speed mountain bike with a rigid fork? The tricks are awe inspiring, but I am a little confused about what kind of bike MacAskill is using.

MTB with what very well looks like a BMX fork. Danny Macaskill is ridiculous, even if he does ride a MTB.

he has ridiculous balance i mean how could u do backwards nose manuals or ride on 1in wide fence.... hes my favorite rider even if is a mtb rider

i was thinking the same thing i was thinking hard tail but wasnt sure ..... incredible tricks tho still amazed... i was looking at his bike and found out that he rides fixed gear in front but multi-gear rear

Yeah, you know, the standard fixed gear front.
Everybody's using them now. Makes those tricks super easy.

I looked up that frame he has ,It is around 400.00
It is a cool bike ,Maybe I will build one after my Funday is complete
