Up for sale are my Ritchey WSC Protocol Clincher Wheelset for Campagnolo
It is known from other owners that Ritchey WCS Protocol's don't use high quality nipples. So, I am having these wheels totally rebuilt with brass nipples. This is being done by a nationally renowned shop and result will be a rebuilt wheel that should perform and be stronger than it was originally.
I bought these in late 2007 and the wheels probably have less than 1000 miles (estimate 750-1000) on them and have not been crashed, dented or anything like that. I took the stickers off as I like the clean look.
Here are the details:
* New BRASS nipples
* Newly and professionally rebuilt and trued
* Very fast wheels
* Cold forged CNC'd hubs with precision bearing and pawl system
* Ritchey designed hi-lo rear hub flange eliminates dish tension problems
* Machined sidewall OCR rims.
* Compatibility: Campy 9/10/11 speed
Retail is $695. I am offering these at $250 after the rebuild - without skewers, tires or cassette.
