If you can, get Ergons in a shop and not mail order. The store I got them from had a GREAT price, and it only took a few days to get here, but since I have grip shifters I opted for the grip shift ones. Without moving my brakes and shifters I could have probably gotten the regular sized one on my handlebars no problem. They are pretty short!

Other wise, once I got the paddle grips set, they feel Great! Ill play with the horns a bit maybe, but the grips themselves are awesome!

These things are the closest thing to heaven on handlebars (other than Bettie Paige) that I have felt. They make such a difference once you get them dialed in! Setting them up threw me, as the first few times they felt too low until I adjusted the paddle end up to just about parallel to the ground.
