Hey everyone,
Back in the day I used to be an avid runner, and I followed some training guides and saw tremendous results. It covered mileage, gym workouts, when to rest, what to eat, how long to sleep, and how to deal with injuries... the works.
i was wondering if anyone had experience with a guide having to do with cycling. I consider myself more than just a casual rider, and hence the need for a guide to get more serious about things.
Any recommendations are welcome.
Thanks
